Eric and Victoria Fitch are Denver natives and have deep roots in Colorado. Victoria’s great grandparents immigrated to Denver from South America, and Eric’s grandfather was the General Manager of the Brown Palace – his mother frequently rode her tricycle through the lobby.
The Fitch’s are a dynamic husband and wife team, together they have sold over $300 million worth of property. They have also been very successful in acquiring and managing rental properties, and became well known for their historic restoration projects. These complex projects required painstaking detail to match original materials and details; they also had to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance for federal and state historic tax credits.
Eric grew up in Southmoor Park, and went on to study at Fort Lewis College in Durango. Victoria was raised in Park Hill and moved to the East Coast for College. She graduated Cum Laude and as a Helen P Denit Honors student from the University of Baltimore, and went on to receive her Masters of Science in Real Estate Development and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University.
Individually, the Fitch’s have won dozens of awards for professional achievement and outstanding sales efforts. They consider their greatest achievements to be the following:
- Innovation Award – Eric Fitch, 2015
- Peoples Choice Award – Eric Fitch, 2014
- Rising Star Award – Victoria Fitch, 2016
- Leadership Academy – Victoria Fitch, 2015-2016

The Fitch’s have had tremendous success thanks to the support of their community, and in a sincere show of gratitude they actively participate in giving back to their community at large. Victoria and Eric are supporters of Project Angel Heart, SCFD, Friends of Red Rocks and Impact100.
The Fitch’s now live in Morrison with their son Jackson. They spend their free time hiking, splitboarding, skiing, and going to shows at Red Rocks. Out of town guests are a staple at their home, and they love to share all of the best that Colorado has to offer.
